Russell Gahagan navigates the Team Enforcer tournament team every season to top 5 finishes and multiple tournament wins in the past 5 seasons. Russell is the son of long time charter captain George Gahagan and has been fishing Lake Michigan for close to 20 years. Russell is known as one of the best flasher fly fisherman on Lake Michigan. Russell gives many seminars each year and also is head of sales and marketing for Pro-Troll fishing products. Russell is always one of the first to know about hot new products and is always willing to share great tips.

Captain Jay Torke leads the Untouchable team to many tournaments all over the Great Lakes. The Untouchable is a 29 Tiara with twin custom-built Crusader engines. Headquartered in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Team Untouchable concentrates their efforts on King salmon and their list of accomplishments is nothing short of impressive.

Over the years Team Untouchable has developed a reputation as one of the most philanthropic sport fishing teams in the area - a reputation for which they are very proud.

Jonathan Hemb has been fishing on Lake Michigan since he was five years old.

Lake Michigan fishing runs through his family blood: Father Randy Hemb, Aunt Barb Mayer and Cousin Scott Gutschow are currently or were charter captains on Lake Michigan.

Jon has spent the last few years of his fishing career fishing tournaments throughout Lake Michigan with various teams from Wisconsin. His list of accomplishments includes tournament wins in South Haven and St. Joseph Michigan and the Gander Mountain 333 North Division Championship in 2008. In addition, Jon has finished in the Top 5 in the following ports: Manistee, MI, Frankfort, MI, Waukegan, IL, Sturgeon Bay, WI, and Manitowoc, WI.

Jon specializes in fishing for Salmon and Trout offshore in depths of over 200 feet of water.

Capt. Chris Busalacchi is owner and operator of Salmon Specialist Sportfishing Charters based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Chris is a Milwaukee native who has pursued salmon and trout in Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan. He brings with him 17 years of Lake Michigan salmon experience. His passion for salmon fishing doesn't stop at the dock. Chris spends countless hours chasing salmon and trout from shore and tributaries throughout Wisconsin and Michigan. Chris' expertise lies in small boat salmon fishing and strategies.
