Halibut with Leek
Ingredients
Halibut
2 T Butter
2 Medium Size Leek
3 Heaping Tablespoons Sour Cream
Dill
Fresh Ground Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper

Melt butter over low heat and sauté leek.

Cut fish into strips 2 inches wide and add
to the frying pan

When fish is half cooked, remove and set aside

Put Sour Cream in the pan and stir in over
low heat

Put fish back in pan, sprinkle with dried or
fresh dill. Spoon Leek/sour cream mixture over fish. Turn
heat up to medium and Finish cooking.

Add salt and pepper to taste
